I have known Paramjit Singh since 2015. As a police officer, Param has served this city for the past 19 years. He has worked with Ottawa Police Service in various roles, including Patrol, Traffic Services, Airport and most recently as a Media spokesperson. Working directly with the citizens of the community. 

 

I first met Paramjit while working on the tow truck file. Along with other partners, Param was instrumental in helping to develop the tow truck by-law. As a former city councillor, I found Paramjit to be dedicated to the city and its residents. His no-nonsense approach to real issues like the tow truck file is only one example of his dedication. 

 

In dealing with Paramjit through my office as a City Councillor, I came to know how much he cares about people. An excellent quality for a representative to have.

 

After watching Paramjit in action, I am happy to support his candidacy for Mayor of Ottawa. He has the knowledge and understanding of the City’s issues and will work hard for residents.
